Wish I had done it sooner!

I have been wanting to do this for a while, a few things have been preventing me from doing so – like being anxious of the experience! and how I might react – even though I wanted to experience it to help with anxiety! – a vicious circle! So I hope this review helps anyone also feeling anxious about going, Anyway – I booked, I had a lovely reply from Belinda. I went to the Whalton Village Hall session, lovely hall. Belinda was very warm and welcoming and easy going. The healing sound class itself was absolutely what I hoped it would be, the sounds in particular the crystal bowls were just beautiful and powerful bordering on emotional. I felt relaxed, I felt the sound move through an old injury I have that has been bothering me for some time, as I have already said I suffer from anxiety and also emetophobia but everything that I experienced in the sound class did not contribute negatively at all to these issues. I will be definitely be attending the other sessions. Thank you Belinda

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had !

Anyone who has had compression of the nerve root in the spine due to prolapsed discs will understand just how excruciating the pain and suffering is.

This nerve pain became so severe that it was virtually impossible for me to walk, move, or find a comfortable position, and sadly there was a very long waiting list for surgery, which the neurologist deemed necessary.

The disruption of sleep, inability to function properly, and constant agony had a life-changing effect on both my physical and emotional health.

Belinda suggested a sound bath. I accepted and went along for a one to one session with an open mind, already having some underpinning knowledge of the healing power of specific frequencies believed to resonate with different parts of the body.

It was nothing short of a miracle—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did I experience a deep relaxation that soothed my feelings of stress and despair, but the physical pain subsided and became manageable, I was actually able to walk for several hours afterwards.

Now, even though the relief was temporary, when suffering to this degree, any pain relief was huge to me at this point, so I had more sessions over the coming weeks and months and almost every session had the same result.

I can’t thank Belinda enough for her time and effort and the resulting difference it made.
