Fantastic Experience

I’ve been attending Belinda’s sound baths for over a year now. The sessions give me time to be present in my own head, allowing clarity of thought as I’m able to relax and switch off. I have visited several of the venues, Belinda makes them all feel welcoming, cozy and safe. It truly is a fantastic experience.

Wish I had done it sooner!

I have been wanting to do this for a while, a few things have been preventing me from doing so – like being anxious of the experience! and how I might react – even though I wanted to experience it to help with anxiety! – a vicious circle! So I hope this review helps anyone also feeling anxious about going, Anyway – I booked, I had a lovely reply from Belinda. I went to the Whalton Village Hall session, lovely hall. Belinda was very warm and welcoming and easy going. The healing sound class itself was absolutely what I hoped it would be, the sounds in particular the crystal bowls were just beautiful and powerful bordering on emotional. I felt relaxed, I felt the sound move through an old injury I have that has been bothering me for some time, as I have already said I suffer from anxiety and also emetophobia but everything that I experienced in the sound class did not contribute negatively at all to these issues. I will be definitely be attending the other sessions. Thank you Belinda
