A lovely reiki session where I came away amazingly relaxed and slept extremely well that night. Belinda was so intuitive she picked up on an injury in my knee I had forgot to mention and it feels better already.

What an Amazing experience at The Sound Bath so comfortable and relaxing listening to the different sounds I fell asleep it had been a very stressful and upsetting couple of month for me, very unsure of what this experience would entail when I did wake did not expect this would happen I felt different I was literally sobbing which not a bad thing to happen as all the tension that had been building inside me was released. Talking to the lady who was doing the routine i felt a different person to the one that entered those doors that evening. I say to you go and see for yourself This was 22nd October 2023 in my home village 2 weeks after a family loss.

I didn’t know what to expect when I did this for the first time. But the whole experience was unique and very relaxing and I thoroughly recommend it. I am planning to attend more sessions as it did help.

I had a great experience at my first sound bath. I had an amazing sleep and woke up refreshed and relaxed. I was a little unsure of what to expect, but I loved it and couldn’t recommend more. Will be back.

It’s been a while since I managed to get to another of belindas magical soundbaths due to various stressful events, which ramped up greatly over last few weeks. So last night’s Alnmouth event was much needed. As ever, it was a profoundly beautiful experience and I was able to properly relax for the first time in months, and, more importantly for me, had the best restorative sleep for ages. I’m so pleased I went, and so blessed to have found Belinda!

Fantastic event at Bellingham as always…. If anyone is wondering what it’s like… then come along next time… it is the most incredible immersive experience. Also, on a purely technical level, it is a whole hour of live, mind-blowing percussion ensemble created and played entirely for you by Belinda… amazing on every level… 💕💕💕

Absolutely lovely relaxing experience again – Belindas voice is so calming – could not believe when the hour was up. Was conscious of having a very annoying cough but relaxed so much it didnt bother me until after the practice. Cannot recommend Belinda enough – so looking forward to the next session💕

It was my first sound bath experience. First impression was the room was set up beautifully and so calm and relaxing. Belinda was welcoming and explained what would happen. The one hour passed so quickly and I didn’t want to get off my mat afterwards. Very relaxing and I’d like to do it again – thank you.

Attended another sound bath with Belinda, this time at Hindmarsh Hall, last night and enjoyed much needed time out again. Went home and slept so soundly, which is far from the norm for me. Such a restorative experience!

I took my (rather sceptical) daughter to see Belinda as she was struggling massively with a mix of negative emotions brought on by a combination of issues but compounded by a bereavement. After her treatment which involved sound therapy and Reiki, my daughter said she had never felt so relaxed or peaceful in her life; she actually said at one point she physically felt like someone had removed a plug. She is now using a bespoke, natural mixture from Belinda and will certainly return for a follow up treatment. Having seen the difference in my daughter I fully intend to arrange a treatment for myself as an antidote to the chaos of everyday life.

I strongly recommend Belinda and the Soundroom to anyone who wants to avoid the antidepressant route or who just wants to regain their mojo and rediscover inner calm and personal peace.
