One of the best experiences I’ve ever had !

Anyone who has had compression of the nerve root in the spine due to prolapsed discs will understand just how excruciating the pain and suffering is.

This nerve pain became so severe that it was virtually impossible for me to walk, move, or find a comfortable position, and sadly there was a very long waiting list for surgery, which the neurologist deemed necessary.

The disruption of sleep, inability to function properly, and constant agony had a life-changing effect on both my physical and emotional health.

Belinda suggested a sound bath. I accepted and went along for a one to one session with an open mind, already having some underpinning knowledge of the healing power of specific frequencies believed to resonate with different parts of the body.

It was nothing short of a miracle—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did I experience a deep relaxation that soothed my feelings of stress and despair, but the physical pain subsided and became manageable, I was actually able to walk for several hours afterwards.

Now, even though the relief was temporary, when suffering to this degree, any pain relief was huge to me at this point, so I had more sessions over the coming weeks and months and almost every session had the same result.

I can’t thank Belinda enough for her time and effort and the resulting difference it made.

A lovely way to relax and find some peace

Belinda’s healing sound class was advised by my daughter who had attended Belinda’s class a couple of times. As a Yin yoga teacher I found it extremely appropriate to help my practitioners take a moment for a pure me-time out of time and space.

Belinda was very kind and helpful when we discussed her instruments after class. She recommended some related recordings that I have indeed selected on Spotify.

I did my first sound healing class yesterday and it was appreciated by my practitioners. I followed Belinda’s structure of the class and started with a 10min meditation sequence followed by crystal bowls and gongs finishing with a magical “ultimate Om”. I will certainly continue my research to offer a few different healing sounds sequences to my practitioners.

Thank you Belinda for your valuable advice and encouragement! I am looking to attending another of your classes when I return to the North!
