From walking in the door Belinda made me feel at ease & welcomed.

She explained the process to the group & made sure we were all comfortable before starting .

The actual sound bath I can’t explain because I genuinely was taken somewhere else , I have never felt so relaxed.

A huge thank you to Belinda for co-hosting the afternoon session at my recent wellness retreat at Alnwick Gardens. The sound was simply amazing – your energy and presence added such a unique and calming atmosphere.
